Key Beliefs

The world we live in is submerged in uncertainty. Many questions are unanswerable, yet meaning can be created through our willingness to understand and be comfortable with not having all answers. We, as humans, must recognize the enduring power of love and compassion. These forces connect us beyond circumstance and remind us that progress is measured in empathy. A united world, with purpose and skill, is within reach.

Mission

I seek to leave a positive impact through curiosity, love, and the empowerment of myself and others to grow in service to one another. By translating goodness into action, I aim to build communities grounded in trust, unity, and the collective strength of the many. I believe that strength comes from curiosity: choosing to learn, adapt, and grow amid complexity.

Values

Accountability — Own actions fully and if things don't go according to plan, respond with integrity and ownership.

Excellence — Pursue a commitment to progress through discipline and dedication. Recognize that every learning is an opportunity to grow. Hold yourself to a high standard but not one that comes at the cost of your wellbeing.

Curiosity — Question and listen intentionally to expand judgement and perspective. This keeps you aware that we tend to things as we are; curiosity keeps us open-minded.

Courage — Be confident of your values, even when it isn't considered the norm or might feel uncomfortable. Be aware that choosing what's right is more important than what's easy.

Integrity — Do what is right even when it isn't seen. This value is the foundation of any relationship or trust.

Unity — Believe in the power of the collective. Inspirational outcomes are never achieved alone; it's through the power of the many.

Discipline — The strength behind many others is the ability to stay consistent even when motivation wanes. By doing the small things right, you can live with structure and be able to turn values or goals into reality.

Growth — Always seek growth and better yourself. It is important to honor opportunity and responsibility together.
